A native of Baton Rouge with nearly 20 years of social services experience and a mother of one of our original BRYC Fellows, Darlene ensures that BRYC Fellows get the full support they need as they navigate challenges at school, at home and in the community.

Will Minton, Chief Academic and Program Officer
will@thebryc.org

Will was born and raised in Pennsylvania. A diehard Steelers fan, Will tripled majored at the University of Pittsburgh where he also founded an international political review. After teaching math in the South Bronx for two years–and helping turn one of the city’s lowest performing schools into a nationally recognized success story–Will moved to Baton Rouge in 2008. During his time here, Will has been a Policy Analyst at the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and overseen all teen programming for the Big Buddy Program. We are thrilled to have Will joining our team and bringing his considerable skills and background to BRYC!
